Terms of Service

By booking with Created by Fimi, the client agrees to all outlined terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final images. Photography services are provided for the agreed duration only, and the final gallery will include a curated selection of edited images. All images remain the intellectual property of Created by Fimi unless otherwise agreed in writing. While all sales are final, reasonable edit requests may be accommodated where possible. Final images will be delivered within 3–5 business days, with business days defined as Monday to Friday. Images will not be released until full payment has been received.
